Companies and administrations receive thousands of documents in digital format and have to sort and classify them:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>invoices<\/li>\n<li>quotation<\/li>\n<li>administrative documents<\/li>\n<li>banking and financial documents<\/li>\n<li>\u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These tasks are time-consuming and do not provide any real added value. In addition, many errors can occur and have more or less serious consequences for the company.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.pixabay.com\/photo\/2016\/11\/21\/14\/12\/books-1845614_960_720.jpg\" alt=\"Livres, Coll\u00e8ge, Couverture, Document, L'\u00c9ducation\" width=\"416\" height=\"226\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>CHALLENGE<\/h3>\n<p>The main challenge is therefore to r<strong>educe the time<\/strong> that officers will spend classifying documents. This will have two beneficial effects. First, to<strong> free them from this painful task<\/strong> and thus improve their <strong>working conditions<\/strong>. Secondly, to allow them to work on other missions and thus increase <strong>productivity<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The second challenge is to<strong> reduce the error rate<\/strong> when processing these documents and avoid many inconveniences.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>SOLUTION<\/h3>\n<p>We propose to companies to use <strong>artificial intelligence<\/strong> to classify their documents. To do this, we set up a natural automatic language processing (or linguistic engineering) that allows the machine to understand human language. As a result, the machine apprehends the documents you receive and classifies them according to type, recipient, object, etc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>This solution allows a huge saving of time, productivity and efficiency for a company!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Interested?
