Specifically, Enedis uses Datakeen’s Artificial Intelligence platform to:

  • Transform thousands of customer returns (mails, verbatim of phone calls, handwritten letters, voice) into levers of continuous improvement
  • Detect trends in customer satisfaction and insatisfaction
  • Suggest targeted plans as well as personalized answers.

Datakeen offers a powerful, simple and flexible answer to Enedis key issues in improving the customer satisfaction experience. The solution makes it possible to analyze, understand and categorize these returns in order to identify priority action plans whose impact is monitored over time.

The prize, received at the City Hall in Paris, rewards the relevance of the work done in 2018 by Datakeen the Regional Directorate of Enedis. The solution will be deployed in Paris Region during 2019.

Concrètement, Enedis utilise la plateforme d’Intelligence Artificielle de Datakeen pour :

  • transformer les milliers de retours clients (mails, verbatim d’appels téléphoniques, lettres manuscrites, voix) en leviers d’amélioration continue
  • détecter les tendances
  • proposer des plans d’actions ciblés ainsi que des réponses personnalisées.

Datakeen offre une réponse puissante, simple et flexible aux enjeux clés d’Enedis concernant l’amélioration de l’expérience de la satisfaction des clients. La solution permet notamment d’analyser, de comprendre et de catégoriser ces retours afin d’identifier les plans d’action prioritaires dont l’impact est suivi au fil du temps.

Le prix, reçu à l’Hotel de Ville de Paris, récompense la pertinence des travaux réalisés en 2018 par Datakeen la Direction Régionale Ile de France Ouest d’Enedis. La solution sera déployée en Ile de France courant 2019.
