Datakeen and Enedis' Direction Régionale Ile de France Ouest have won the Start Up 2018 competition in the Customer Relations category, at the end of a competition featuring 350 start-ups.
In concrete terms, Enedis uses Datakeen's Artificial Intelligence platform to :
- transform thousands of pieces of customer feedback (e-mails, phone call verbatim, handwritten letters, voices) into levers for continuous improvement
- detect trends
- propose targeted action plans and personalized responses.
Datakeen offers a powerful, simple and flexible response to Enedis' key challenges in improving the customer satisfaction experience. In particular, the solution makes it possible to analyze, understand and categorize this feedback in order to identify priority action plans whose impact is monitored over time.
The award, received at the Hotel de Ville de Paris, recognizes the relevance of the work carried out in 2018 by Datakeen the Ile de France Ouest Regional Division of Enedis. The solution will be deployed in Ile de France during 2019.
